Whitening toner | ANTI-PIGMENT

DESCRIPTION: 

A gentle and mild alcohol-free toner is a secondary cleanser that ensures that all traces of oil and impurities are properly removed, mattifying the skin and leaving it feeling refreshed. Infused with Witch Hazel it provides anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, while bearberry extract (Arbutin), Glutathione and Vitamin C lighten dark marks and even out skin tone over time. 

Use as a spray-on, it refreshes the skin on a hot, humid day. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

To be used morning and night. Apply a small amount to a damp cotton wool pad or gauze swab and gently wipe over face, neck and décolleté.
