Thoroughly clean the skin of the face and apply the massage product.
– The roller can be cooled down before use in a refrigerator for 15 min.
– Perform the massage from the neck, through the jaw line, cheeks, to the forehead – always with movements from the center to the outside of the face, towards the lymph nodes.
– Massage the eye area with a small roller to the outside of the face. Make each movement 5-10 times.
